Vinu has 17 years experience – starting with a Manufacturing firm where he worked closely with the production, procurement, sales, marketing and CEO’s office to help design and implement a sales force tracking and automation program. Immediately prior to starting Manrulan, Vinu was the founding team member of Tholons, a premier global management consulting and investment firm that focuses on providing strategic consulting in all areas of engineering services and IT outsourcing, organization growth, operational efficiency and investments. As Vice President for Consulting at Tholons he led many of the strategic consulting engagements with some of the best global companies and was recognized as a leading thought leader and consultant by his peers. Prior to Tholons, Vinu was a Senior Advisor with neoIT, a pioneering outsourcing consulting firm, where he was again part of the founding team. Clients that he worked with included, P&G, Home Depot, DuPont, Bell South, Warner Bros., Hewitt, Kodak, Sprint, AXA, Cinergy, BellSouth, Citibank, VISA, Lucent, Stanford University, Schlumberger, AXA, Amdocs, Accenture and Governments of Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Sri Lanka, India, China and Philippines and many other Global 1000 clients. Additionally, he worked with Private Equity clients on deal sourcing, company valuations, and deal due diligence. He actively consulted on more than 150 global deals worth more than $ 2 billion. Kiran Nair :
Designation: Founder and Vice President – Sales
Kiran has more than 14 years of experience in Engineering services and manufacturing, starting his career as an entrepreneur after few early stints in various niche manufacturing firms. He successfully started an Engineering firm – BEST Engineering that quickly became a leader in the field of engineering design, contract manufacturing and platform training solutions. Following a successful merger with a leading Engineering firm in Bangalore, India – BEACON, he moved on to become the Director for Sales there. When BEACON divested the engineering design services arm to form ThinkSpan, he moved with it to set up and handle the sales and operational responsibilities. Kiran has worked with various international clients across multiple industries. Kiran majored in plastics moulding engineering for his education and has since become an expert.

Nagaraj N :
Designation: Senior Consultant – Quality
Mr. Nagaraj is a pioneer with more than 40 years of experience in Engineering services and manufacturing and leads Manrulan’s Quality initiative. His vast Experience includes 22 years in Design and Standardisation of Machine Tools at the Central Manufacturing Technology Institute, (CMTI) Bangalore, 13 Years in Machine Building Design, Automobile Production Support Services, Six Sigma and Equipment Planning for Engine Production at Tata Motors, 5+ Years as Consultant for Medium Size Companies engaged in the Manufacturing and Supply of Precision Machined Components, Sub-assemblies and Special Purpose Machines to Indian and Foreign Customers. In addition, Nagaraj is a respected Fellow at Institution of Engineers (India) (FIE) and Member, Fluid Power Society of India (MFPSI). He holds a Mechanical Engineering Graduation from Bangalore University and was a top rank holder in the University.

Prathibha V K :
Designation: Founder and Director
Mrs. Prathibha founded Manrulan and handles the marketing functions for the company. Prior to Manrulan, she has had varied experience in Education, IT, BPO companies and Nuclear Power amounting to more than 12 years of total work experience. She holds a MS in Information Technology, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and BS in Mathematics.
