Kiran has more than 20 years of experience in Engineering services and manufacturing, starting his career as an entrepreneur after few early stints in various niche manufacturing firms. He successfully started an Engineering firm – BEST Engineering that quickly became a leader in the field of engineering design, contract manufacturing and platform training solutions. Following a successful merger with a leading Engineering firm in Bangalore, India – BEACON, he moved on to become the Director for Sales there. When BEACON divested the engineering design services arm to form ThinkSpan, he moved with it to set up and handle the sales and operational responsibilities. Kiran has worked with various international clients across multiple industries. Kiran majored in plastics moulding engineering for his education and has since become an expert.

Designation: Senior Consultant – Quality
Mr. Nagaraj is a pioneer with more than 40 years of experience in Engineering services and manufacturing and leads Manrulan’s Quality initiative. His vast Experience includes 22 years in Design and Standardisation of Machine Tools at the Central Manufacturing Technology Institute, (CMTI) Bangalore, 13 Years in Machine Building Design, Automobile Production Support Services, Six Sigma and Equipment Planning for Engine Production at Tata Motors, 5+ Years as Consultant for Medium Size Companies engaged in the Manufacturing and Supply of Precision Machined Components, Sub-assemblies and Special Purpose Machines to Indian and Foreign Customers. In addition, Nagaraj is a respected Fellow at Institution of Engineers (India) (FIE) and Member, Fluid Power Society of India (MFPSI). He holds a Mechanical Engineering Graduation from Bangalore University and was a top rank holder in the University.
